St'epsum (20 Mile Bay)
Large site on a sheltered point on west shore of Harrison Lake. Suitable for launching small boats.
20 Mile Bay was built on the ancient Chehalis Tribal village of St’epsum. The Band commissioned and placed a monument in July 2008 to commemorate this historic site. Access by road (2 Wheel Drive only).

From Harrison Mills turn onto the Morris Valley Road and follow east until West Harrison Forest Service Road. Take the gravel road 35km and turn right, follow for ½ km and turn left onto an access road, cross small bridge, follow for about 100m turn right and follow into site. |
